Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund if:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging.
Return Request Period
All return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for a refund or return:

Used or worn items.

Washed or altered products.

Items without original tags or packaging.

Products damaged due to customer misuse.

Clearance or sale items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using an appropriate refund method.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Suittwala.shop operates on Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
For eligible COD orders, approved refunds will be issued through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method, as Cash on Delivery payments cannot be refunded in cash after delivery.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
For other eligible returns, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping charges.
